the polar dress - Hedgey Print

The Polar Dress - an experimental concept by which patterns are created on fabric of a material using repetitive photographic images of a subject. The subject in this case (hedge borders) was captured using a Polaroid film camera. The image was then repeated several times to create a patterned effect which was then printed on silk fabric. To show case the printed fabric, the Halter-Neck dress design was used.
